Herculis Tokens SA Publishes KPMG Verification of Swiss Gold Reserves Backing XAUH

PANAMA CITY, Panama, 29th Oct, 2026 – Herculis Tokens SA has released a KPMG report verifying the gold behind its Herculis Gold Coin (XAUH).

Herculis Tokens SA is the tokenization arm of Herculis Group, a Swiss investment boutique. The Swiss office of KPMG handled the work, following Swiss Auditing Standard 920, issuing its report on 28 August 2026.

It examined the bars sitting in Swiss vaults. Every XAUH token represents one gram of that gold, refined to 999.9 purity and certified by the LBMA.

What the verification covers

The KPMG report checks the gold reserves that support XAUH tokens in circulation. Herculis splits those reserves across three custodians: Herculis House, Brink’s and Loomis, so that no single storage provider holds the full amount. The company insures the gold at fair-market value. PX Precinox SA, a refinery based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, produces the bars.

Holders don’t have to wait for periodic reports to check the backing. Herculis publishes proof of reserves on-chain through the Chainlink decentralized oracle network, and anyone can review the figures at xauh.gold.

At the time of the most recent data, 15,500 XAUH tokens were in circulation, giving the token a market capitalization of about $2.1 million. Supply has no fixed cap. Herculis can’t create extra tokens on its own. A fresh batch is minted only after more bullion arrives at the vaults.

How XAUH works

The price of XAUH follows gold, not the dollar or any other currency. Stablecoins like USDT and USDC work the other way, holding their value at one dollar. Gold ETFs are different again. Buyers get a share of a pooled fund, and trades take a couple of days to settle. An XAUH holder owns a claim on specific, verified bars and can move it on a blockchain at any hour.

The token first launched on the Jamton protocol, a Layer 2 network that links TON and Polkadot. Its contracts now run on Ethereum and TRON in addition to TON. The whitepaper says the smart contracts are independently audited by third-party firms and that customer and reserve assets are held in multi-signature wallets requiring approval from multiple authorized parties.

Herculis designed XAUH with smaller buyers in mind. The token is divisible down to 0.01 gram, which is roughly $1.40 at recent gold prices.

“If an ordinary person with $10 in his pocket wants to buy a piece of gold, it’s really an unaffordable exercise,” the company’s founder has said, describing the problem the token aims to solve.

Fees, redemption and trading venues

Herculis publishes a fixed fee schedule for the token. Tokenizing LBMA bullion into XAUH costs 0.3%, and each transfer costs about 0.02%. Anyone holding 500 grams or more can swap tokens for physical bars. The fee is 3% at that minimum level and falls to 1% once a holder redeems a kilogram or more. Shipping costs come on top.

Buying straight from Herculis requires identity checks, and so do tokenizing your own bullion and redeeming for bars. Buyers on secondary markets go through each exchange’s own verification process instead.

XAUH is available directly through xauh.gold and trades on STON.fi, Uniswap V2, Biconomy.com and BTSE. Two partnerships are in the works: one with Frankencoin, a Swiss stablecoin project, and one with Morpho, a decentralized lending platform. Both would open more DeFi uses for the token. Version 3.0 of the XAUH whitepaper, dated 24 November 2025, describes the terms as of that date.

Regulatory and market considerations

In Panama, the Financial Analysis Unit supervises Herculis Tokens SA. Buyers should know that this differs from the SEC and CFTC rules that cover gold ETFs and futures in the US. In the event of an insolvency, the whitepaper says custodians would keep safeguarding the gold. A court-approved successor or trustee could then handle redemptions or wind the business down.

Like any gold product, XAUH moves with the gold price. As a young token with a modest reserve, it also trades with thinner liquidity than larger, longer-established gold tokens. Herculis says it aims to deepen that liquidity as adoption grows.
